Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter extract
1 small c. mini marshmallows
popcorn (approximately 1 gal.)
Preparation

Mix sugar, oleo and white syrup and cook (boil but not real hard) until one degree before soft ball stage on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat immediately.
Then add soda, vanilla, butter extract and marshmallows.
Pour over popcorn until evenly coated.
Butter hands and form into balls.
Do not pack very hard.
Delicious.
