Marina'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. vinegar and 5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Cut with pastry blender the flour, shortening and salt.
    Add egg mixture.
    Mix with fork.
    Roll lightly; make enough for 2 full (double crust) pies and 1 one crust pie.
