Creamy Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes
    1 stick margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    3 (9-inch) frozen regular pie crusts
Preparation
    Peel sweet potatoes and boil until done.
    Let cool.
    Place potatoes in large bowl and mix until smooth, adding butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Add nutmeg, salt and milk. Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie crusts.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Bake pies for 20 minutes.
    Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool before serving.
