Chickpeas And Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chickpeas
    1 c. small macaroni
    2 pods garlic
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 ripe tomatoes
    black pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    1 small green pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil.
    Add ripe tomatoes. Cook macaroni until tender.
    Drain.
    Add chickpeas, macaroni and sauce together; cook on low for 1/2 hour.
    Serve with a tossed salad.
