Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained and dried on paper towels
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. creamy cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dried basil
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp, deveined and drained on paper towels
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook margarine and onion until onion is tender.
Add cream cheese to onion until well blended.
Add cottage cheese, egg, salt, pepper and basil to onion and cheese and blend well.
Put 4 noodles in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread half of mixture over the noodles.
Blend soup, milk and wine together and gently fold in crabmeat.
Layer shrimp, then 1/2 of soup and crab mixture.
Repeat the noodles, cheese and soup mixtures.
Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Top with Cheddar cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
Use an 11 x 13-inch pan.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
