Microwave Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. cocoa powder
    2/3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Beat in cocoa.
    Add flour; beat until well blended.
    Stir in pecans by hand.
    Spread evenly in a wax paper lined, 8-inch square glass dish.
    Cook in microwave oven on High for 3 minutes.
    Turn dish a quarter turn; continue to cook on High 2 1/2 to 3 minutes longer.
    Let cool.
    Sift powdered sugar over top, if desired.
    Cut into 16 to 24 squares.
