Oven Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 small sliced onion
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 potatoes, cubed
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 1/4 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. basil or mixed herbs
    1 can bouillon
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in casserole.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
