Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients until smooth.
Add nuts.
Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan.
Mix brown sugar and cocoa; sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
