Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 chopped onion
    2 cans green chili peppers (mild), chopped
    1 small bag tostado chips
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Mix chicken soup, peppers, cheese and onion.
    Layer in casserole, starting with cheese mixture, meat and chips.
    Make edge with chips.
    Makes 3 layers of cheese, 2 of meat and chips.
