Wee Lemon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 1/2 lb. confectioners sugar
    juice of 2 lemons, strained
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    juice of 2 oranges, strained
    grated rind of 2 oranges
Preparation
    Mix cake according to directions except omit 3 tablespoons water.
    Drop by teaspoon into greased and floured miniature cupcake pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Remove cakes when cooked and immediately drop cakes into mixture.
    When coated, remove from mixture with slotted spoon and place on wax paper.
    Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
    Serve warm or cold.
