Chinese Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion
    1 1/2 stalks celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 soup cans water
    1/4 soup can soy sauce
    1/2 can uncooked rice
Preparation
    Brown the first 3 ingredients.
    Mix and place the remaining ingredients in a casserole dish. Add the hamburger.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Salt hamburger only slightly as soy sauce is salty. Put Chinese noodles on top of casserole for the last 15 minutes.
