Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a bowl to make a stiff dough, using a little more flour if needed.
    Roll very thin on floured surface; let stand 20 minutes.
    Slice 1/4-inch thick wide.
    Drop into boiling soup or broth.
    Cook, uncovered, approximately 10 minutes. Makes 3 cups cooked noodles.
