Apple Cheese Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

14 pecan shortbread cookies, finely rolled
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 medium baking apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation

In medium bowl, using pastry blender or fork, combine cookie crumbs and margarine.
Press on bottom and up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan or use pie pan.
