Chili For Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste plus 3 cans water
    1 small clove garlic, crushed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all together and simmer
    about
    1
    hour or until it cooks down thick enough to use
    on
    hot dogs.
    Stir often when it first starts cooking.
