Hungarian Paprikas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless beef cubes
1 lb. boneless veal cubes
1 lb. boneless pork cubes
1 lb. onions (3 c.), sliced
4 Tbsp. Hungarian Paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can undiluted beef broth
3 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. dairy sour cream
noodles or spaetzle
Preparation

In large pan, heat oil.
Add meat cubes and cook over medium heat until well browned.
Remove meat to bowl.
Saute onions in drippings until tender and golden brown.
Return meat to pan. Add paprika, salt, pepper, garlic salt and caraway seed, stirring until well blended with meat.
Stir in 3/4 can of beef broth. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is fork-tender.
