Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken cutlets
1 jar salsa (hot, medium or mild)
2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Use glass or aluminum pan.
Place pats of butter on bottom of pan.
Place chicken on top of butter.
Pour salsa on top of chicken cutlets.
Sprinkle cheese on top of salsa. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
