Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1 1/2 c. noodles
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 can cooked tomatoes, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1/2 can mushroom soup
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Dice cooked chicken.
    Cook noodles, diced celery, green pepper, chopped onion, minced garlic and chopped parsley in chicken broth.
    Combine chicken, noodles, vegetable mixture, mushroom soup, drained tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Add shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
    Put in large casserole dish and top with cheese and crumbs.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
