Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 large head lettuce
    1 to 2 tomatoes
    3 oz. crushed Doritos chips
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add rinsed kidney beans and heat.
    In a large bowl, cut up lettuce and tomatoes.
    Add chips and cheese. Add meat with beans.
    Pour dressing, to taste, over salad; mix well.
