Twice-Cooked Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green beans, with ends trimmed
    water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat 1/2-inch water in 12-inch skillet to boiling and add green beans.
    Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until beans are tender-crisp.
    Drain. Wipe skillet dry.
    In same skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cook beans and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
    Stir frequently until beans are tender.
    Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce.
