Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushrooms
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. chicken, cleaned and skinned
    3 large potatoes, cubed
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 large onion, diced
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Season chicken to taste (I use garlic powder, seasoned salt and lemon pepper).
    Place in a baking dish. Add potatoes, carrots, bell pepper and onion.
    Pour the Worcestershire sauce over the chicken.
    Pour a packet of beef stew seasoning mix over the chicken and vegetables.
    Pour the stewed tomatoes over the top.
    Add mushrooms and cover with foil.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
