Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation

Cook broccoli until slightly tender in salty water.
Drain. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and place in a casserole dish. Mix eggs, onion, pepper, mayonnaise, soup and cheese together. Pour over broccoli.
Top with dressing.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling.
