Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    7 1/4 oz. can (1 1/4 c.) salted peanuts
    2 1/2 c. Domino sugar
Preparation
    Heat sugar in skillet until sugar caramelizes.
    Add peanuts. Pour onto buttered surface.
    Stretch and pull candy into thin sheets.
    Break up into individual pieces.
