Orange Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated rind
    3 egg yolks
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 orange chiffon cake
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and sugar well; add milk and heat.
    Add beaten egg yolks after mixture is hot.
    Cook until thick, then add gelatin which has been softened in orange juice and rind.
    Let cool.
    Beat egg whites; add 3 tablespoons sugar.
    Fold into custard.
