Sally'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat, chopped in 1/2-inch cubes
    olive oil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 medium onions, chopped
    6 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 heaping Tbsp. Masa Hirina
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cover bottom of Dutch oven with olive oil and meat.
    Add everything, but Masa Hirina.
    Mix well and simmer 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until meat is tender.
