Chili Conqueso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium green peppers
    2 onions
    2 tomatoes
    1 red hot chili pepper, crushed
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute chopped peppers, onions, tomatoes and chili pepper in oil until tender.
    Add seasonings and cheese; cook slowly until cheese is melted and seasonings are blended.
    Serve with corn chips.
