Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 (No. 2) can Veg-All
    1 (No. 2) can LeSueur peas, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 pkg. crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Top with crackers and melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    (Do not overbake.)
