Onion Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. onions, chopped
6 to 8 Tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked white rice, cooled
3/4 c. dried apricots
1/4 c. pine nuts, toasted
2 Tbsp. mint, chopped
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook onions in butter until soft and slightly golden in color, dividing into two batches, if necessary.
