Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut
1 apple, shredded
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all well.
Put into 16 paper lined muffin cups.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
