Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. oat bran hot cereal
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
2 Tbsp. Fleischmann's butter, melted
sliced strawberries (optional)
Preparation

In bowl, combine flour, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, milk, Egg Beaters and margarine.
Using scant 1/4 cup for each pancake, portion batter onto lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning once to brown both sides.
Serve topped with sliced strawberries if desired.
