Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken fryer, cut up
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In
    casserole
    dish,
    pour
    2 cups rice.
    Sprinkle with salt. Heat
    soup
    in saucepan with 1 can water.
    Pour half on rice. Place
    chicken pieces on top.
    Pour remaining soup over chicken; sprinkle
    with salt and pepper.
    Cover.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until fork-tender.
