Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sauerkraut
1/2 c. salad pickles
1 small onion
1 small red pepper
1 small green pepper
1 stalk celery
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
dash of sugar
Preparation

Drain sauerkraut.
Chop all ingredients very fine.
Mix with wine vinegar and add sugar.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
