Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carton dry cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 minced onion
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together cheese, eggs, salt and onion.
    Add flour until batter holds together.
    Drop spoonfuls of batter into boiling water to which 1 tablespoon salt has been added.
    Boil 3 minutes. Fry in butter and serve with sour cream.
