Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick margarine (butter)
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and put in greased baking dish.
Let sit while preparing topping.
