Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken
    2 eggs
    little milk
    Italian breadcrumbs
    salt, pepper and seasonings
    Wesson oil
Preparation
    Pound boneless chicken very thin.
    In one bowl, mix eggs and a little milk.
    In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and seasonings.
    Pour Wesson oil in frying pan and heat.
    Dip chicken into egg mix and then breadcrumbs mix.
    Cook in oil until chicken is done.
    Layer in baking dish.
    Top with spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
    Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
