Chicken Spaghetti Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, skin removed
    2 tsp. salt
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 small bell pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 (8 oz.) boxes spaghetti
    1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Put chicken in Dutch oven; add salt and cover with water. Cook until tender; cool and remove from bone.
    Add ingredients through salt and pepper; simmer 20 minutes.
    Add boxes of cut spaghetti and cook until tender.
    Remove from heat and add 1/2 of grated Mozzarella cheese; mix very lightly.
    Add more water, if needed.
    Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
