Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. graham crumbs
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
6 egg yolks (beaten)
1 c. milk
3 egg whites (beaten)
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add crumbs, shortening, 1 cup sugar, and 3 egg yolks; beat together.
Alternate this with 1 cup milk.
Fold in 3 egg whites. Bake in layers.
Mix in saucepan milk, 1 cup sugar, 3 egg yolks and butter.
Cook until thick.
Add vanilla and spread over baked cake.
