Mock Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos (optional)
    1 can mushroom pieces
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large can fried Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and celery.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to bubbling.
    Serve over noodles. (If celery is omitted, add another onion.) Excellent served with carrots and Chinese style rice.
