Sweet Potato Fluffy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
dash of nutmeg
1 c. milk
juice of 1 orange
1 1/2 c. marshmallows, chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat potatoes, butter, sugar, eggs, milk and orange juice until fluffy.
Add marshmallows and nuts.
Pour in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
