Chocolate Biscuit Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. butter
    3 large eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    10 basic buttermilk biscuits
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine half and half and butter in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat until butter melts.
    Cool.
    Combine eggs, sugar and cocoa; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer 1 minute. Gradually stir in half and half mixture; set aside.
    Crumble biscuits into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Add egg mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, covering with aluminum foil after 35 minutes to prevent overbrowning.
    Serve with whipped cream.
