Chicken And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 carrots, sliced
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    4 boneless chicken breasts (1/4-inch strips)
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cooking wine
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. snow peas
    1 medium tomato
    1/3 c. parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add carrots and onion.
    Saute vegetables 8 minutes.
    Remove vegetables from skillet, reserving pan drippings.
    Set vegetables aside.
