Gina'S Orange Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. whole-wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 to 2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. ground or chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil together. Sift flour and baking soda together. Add to egg mixture. Gradually add orange juice until you have a good consistency. Add nuts to batter if desired. Fry on a medium hot griddle. Serve immediately.
