Quick Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. mini lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles as per package.
    Brown beef and salt, pepper and garlic to taste; drain.
    In a baking dish spoon a little sauce on bottom, then add noodles to cover bottom of dish.
    Add Provolone cheese, Ricotta cheese and ground beef.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
