Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. bananas (2)
1 egg
2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Use paper cups or grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients, including nuts.
Mix wet ingredients.
Fold wet ingredients into dry.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
