Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut-up chicken meat
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 diced hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients to blend.
    Put in casserole or six individual dishes.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
    Cover with crushed potato chips.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
