Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puffy pastry (about 12 x 14-inches)
grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg white
2 tsp. water

Preparation

Let the frozen puff pastry thaw (this takes about thirty minutes).
Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0.
Dust your countertop with flour.
Lay the puff pastry on the floured area.
