Georgia Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
okra
yellow squash
onions
bell pepper
Preparation

Cut up potatoes to fry.
Put in a hot skillet with 1/4-inch oil.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Do not allow to become crispy. While potatoes cook, cut up other vegetables (amounts to your desire).
Add to potatoes along with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
