Catfish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. catfish
    1 tsp. margarine or olive oil
    1 large onion
    1/4 tsp. red pepper seeds
    2 Tbsp. water
    black pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine or oil.
    Add fish, water, pepper seeds with salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover pan and simmer until fish is tender and flaky.
    Serve over rice.
