Mini Fruit Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. coconut
    1/4 c. diced candied cherries
    1/4 c. diced candied pineapple
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix well all the ingredients and spoon into mini cupcake pans sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
