Peanut Butter "N" Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
    3 tsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate pieces (1 cup)
    1 recipe peanut butter frosting
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, sugars, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    In another bowl combine mashed bananas, milk, peanut butter, oil, vanilla and egg.
    Add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined.
    Stir in chocolate pieces. Pour batter into two greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50-55 minutes or until wooden toothpick in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool thoroughly.
    Wrap and store overnight before serving.
    To serve, frost with peanut butter frosting.
    If desired, top with crushed peanuts and miniature semi-sweet chocolate pieces.
