Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Let yeast dissolve in water.
    Add salt, sugar and oil.
    Stir in 2 cups of flour.
    Knead in 1 more cup of flour (will be soft dough).
    Return to bowl; cover.
    Let rise, about 1 hour.
    Knead and shape into loaf.
    Place in loaf pan and let rise until double. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 35 to 40 minutes.
